Who would you have Franklin vs Couture

I hope this fight gets made..............Coture vs Machida/Shogun would b a joke....Couture faces 1 top 10 hwt in Vera(I thought he lost an extremely close fight, wouldn't call it a robbery at all) and gets a title shot?

I understand that there is not a ranking system and its based on much more criteria, but this is a deep division.

I want to see Franklin-Couture on UFC 115

I'm having a very tough time picking this fight, I think Couture would be the betting favorite, but can somebody try to enlighten me with who is really the favorite.

Franklin easy. Hes very savvy on the ground, and his stand up is miles ahead of Couture's. Franklin by 3rd round TKO

Attero Dominatus.

I wouldn't give it to Franklin very easily. Franklin's never been good at dealing with a clinch. I think if Couture got him up against the cage like he did to Coleman in the 1st round, Franklin would be in some trouble. I give Couture the size and strength advantage, also. It's hard to say who'd be given betting odd advantages. Couture fought Lesnar not too long ago and was doing really well. I could see Couture easily walking away with a win against Franklin, but I could also see Franklin winning. In the end, though ... I'd bet on Couture.

I am leaning more torward Franklin. But as the above post stated, Rich isn't great inside of the clinch and Randy has very good dirty boxing. I think that Randy has better wrestling, but I don't think he will just hold Franklin down. I give the edge in standup to Franklin.

Why couldn't Randy just do what Hendo did to Franklin?

That wasn't a clear cut victory, many people thought that Franklin took that fight.

Couture by far. Franklin is one of the most overrated fighters in the UFC. Shouldn't have even won his last fight.

I don't think he is overrated at all. He owned the MW division before Anderson came along. He has 5 losses total. His last 4 were to Vitor Belfort, Dan Henderson(Who many thought lost to Franklin), and Anderson Silva twice. There is no shame in losing to those people in my opinion.
