Cro Cop prior to 110
Has anyone heard anything from him in the days(months) leading up to 110? I haven't seen any videos or interviews or passing comments on what he intends for this fight and the future (that are more recent than a week after his last fight)

I close source of mine tells me he is in the heart of Russia, doing push ups in the snow with fat baverian women on his back.
Commitment.

I've read that he's restructured his training, by going to Holland to train with Muay Thai champion and coach at Vos Gym Ivan Hippolyte, and he's also made changes to his team in Croatia. Hopefully the changes will benefit him and he'll come into UFC 110 re-invigorated and ready to kick some heads off.

He's given no reason to bet on him in the last two years, but I will continue to support him until he retires. His career is a HL reel.

He usually doesn't go completely anonymus at least for the croatian media, but he did it this time. Last news were like from last year, as the above poster said: team changes, Hypollite and stuff.
And he said two more thing before going anyonimus:
- less training, because he had the usual spartan routine for years which eventually wore him mentally more than physically.
- And probably travelling the whole week prior to match, because his routine for years was to go there day before the match and have a sleepless night to "trick" the process of jet-lag before it takes over. But I do really think it turned against him last couple of years, because he allways looked dizzy and a bit disoriented pre-match. WTF, not sleeping before the match, he's getting older and body cannot tolerate that anymore! And since I seriously think jetlag is a factor not to be overruled, going week before isn't a good thing, too. Like a two week or even a month would be better. Just about in one week time body gets into "normal" as far as I've heard (never traveled that far), but he already lost pace and tonus in this 7 days... which he has to recover at least in that period of additional time to get back in shape.
My amateur opinion.

If you watch him during the PRIDE replays he just looks so much more tone, bigger and quicker. Either he was:
#1) On the Juice
#2) More dedicated
He is a shell of his former self. The PRIDE Cro Cop would walk through just about every HW in the UFC, except maybe Lesnar, but that would be close. ~ Just my opinion.

This is one of the greatest things I've heard all week (yes, even up there with Rogan's ice-related ranting).....Please don't break my heart again, Cro Cop.

I don't mean to come after you Cro Cop lovers, but I have my doubts on how great a prime Cro Cop would do against the top UFC brass
I see Cain, Carwin, Lesnar, Mir, and maybe even JDS over Cro Cop.
