Anyone who has lost their last fight is "overrated."

A lot of people think like that, but not me. I still think Nate is the 2nd best middle weight and I think he would beat Sonnen in a rematch.

Swick should move up imo. He looks too skinny at WW.

exactly, one of the reasons he is getting hurt so easily is because he is basically forcing himself to become anorexic to make 170.

He is very retarded if he continues to stay at this weight, he has no muscle mass at all at 170.

He lost a #1 contender fight then another fight against another great fighter and now he's overrated?

I'll agree with you if he loses his next 4 though.

I don't know if moving to MW is such a great idea though....

I don't see him matching up good against guys like Nate and Damian Maia, or Cheal, or Vitor or Rich....

But i don't think he is over rated.... Its obvious that giving Hardy GSP for beating him was bogus, and imo a UK buyout set up...

But he will most likely beat his next opponent (Assuming UFC is going to give him a Gate Keeper fight)

He had a 4 fight win streak before fighting Hardy beating Marcus Davis and Ben, which arn't title contender fights, but he still can hold his own in WW

And if he moved to MW i see him getting owned or fighting Gate Keeper fights just like in WW.....

He has a much better chance with more muscle on him. His face looks sucked in now, and he appears to have a weak chin at 170.

He comes in at to low of a bf%, and at this weight it probably makes him weak as ****.

He needs to do some deadlifts and squats eat and move back up to 185. Having extras weight on him will probably help his chin, which seems to be the problem....

Is this a joke? You actually think putting some weight on will help his chin? Unless he directs some of that weight in the form of neck muscles, his chin will not be improving.
