Haha that comic is so awesome! But honestly I don't think that JDS should have gotten a titleshot after beating Werdum since it was his first fight in the UFC and nobody knew his name.

Stylistically he had a relative easy road up to now, if he fights the rest of the top HWs now, they are all really tough really physical wrestlers or jiu-jiutsu fighters. I think he would kill Mir, but against Velasquez, Shane and Brock? Who knows what will happen. I'm super stoked to see some of these future matchups!

JDS is one of those guys who's born to fight, he's been training kick boxing for what, 3-4 years? And already beaten two awesome strikers with 10+ years of top competition experience who should, on paper, easily outstrike him.

JDS does it simple, but good, I think the sky is the limit for him! He makes it look easy and thats why I'm on his bandwagon!

WAR CIGANO!

I think Werdum is a pretty good jiu-jitsu fighter.

Struve also submitted all 6 of his opponents before JDS and two opponents after.

I'm excited for sure to see if he can shrug off guys like Carwin like he did to everybody else!

Cigano is awesome and we will see him reach the top someday. I think he would make a fool out of Mir and would beat Nog as well.

I just don't know how he would do against a top notch Wrestler like Cain, like Carwin and of course Brock. As long as Brock is getting better and better it will be very hard for him to beat such a powerful guy where he spends most of the time on the ground.

I really have no idea on how good his TDD is has he ever shown great TDD??

Santos can beat everybody on the feet! But against a World Class Wrestler mmhh

Agreed, it's a very interesting subject. So far everyone who's tried to shoot in on him or get underhooks or a clinch, he just shucks off violently.

Gonzaga has very good throws but throws have seemed useless on JDS so far because of just how good he is at shucking, and I've seen him kick out of a few single-legs, but I haven't seen anyone shoot in on him hard for a double. So who knows?

I wouldn't at all be worried about fighters like Carwin though, JDS is naturally a much faster athlete. I can't imagine Carwin being quick enough to shoot in on him without getting caught.

Yeah, Carwin is slow, like mummy slow, or zombie slow. I can't believe how he can be as good as he is with that slow speed.
