Based on your logic, there wouldnt be any fighters with "fans" lol. You're saying that just because Wand isnt dominating like he used to do, his fans should forget his wins in Pride? The era where he didn't lose a fight for nearly 4 years?

Wand beat Jardine, got KTFO by Page, then lost a controversial decision to Franklin. Not sure what you're trying to say.

EDIT : I guess you are talking about UFC 92?

+1

its also funny all the leway Wandy gets to talk shit but if somebody talks it back, its blasphemy. He disrespected and seemed to have geniune disdain for Rampage imo which is why the win meant so much to Page.

Well no, dont get me wrong I agree that he should have his fans especially since he really does, contrary to stradegy, does put it all out for his fans.

I am saying that his fans tend to think he is still the fighter he was and they rarely admit that he is not. They talk about him being knocked out with a tone that says it was a fluke and they say that Page got it worse though, but my point is it doesnt matter who did it first but who did it last. So pleas dont think that I think his fans should jump ship...they just should be more realistic.

Also I re-watch the Franklin and Wand fight and I dont see it as a close fight, Wand did not land alot and rich won the exchanges for the majority of the fight. Wands wild swinging maybe made it look like he was landing. IMO of course.

Alright, just needed to try to figure out what you were saying and I understand now haha.

Im just wishful thinking right now because he's back with Cordeiro and has vowed to use more of his muay thai. He has also has had more time to adjust to 185 (he looked god-awful against Franklin at 195). We'll see how he looks at the weigh-ins today.

Im not saying that he's the same or even close to being the OLD Wand. In all honestly, I'd love to see some knees from the clinch tomorrow night or even try and see Wand get some TD's and work inside Bisping's guard.

He's my favorite fighter, so that's probably why Im close-minded most of the time haha.

See that I respect, I have no problem with people that admit that they have some biased unlike those that act like they are in LALA land.

As far as the fight though I do hope that he tries to mix it up cause I dont want to watch Bisping jab for 3 rounds.

Wow, is he checking for a pulse first? Page showing some heart not wanting to pound him if he is dead already...

With all due respect i think that's bollocks.

I don't see many Wandy fans giving Bsiping no chance at all in this fight. If it was Pride Wandy we were talking here then no one, not Bisping fans, not Wandy fans, would be giving Bisping a chance.

All it is is Wandy fans wanting a Wandy win, and being somewhat confident of it. Big whoooop.

In NO WAY are they even in my mind. Wandy destroyed him twice, whereas Rampage destroyed him once. Wandy is still up 2-1 and his KO over Rampage was a lot worse than Rampage's over him.
