UFC 110 Weigh-In results

Quote:
Main Bouts:
Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira (233.2 lbs.) vs. Cain Velasquez (242 lbs.)
Michael Bisping (184.8 lbs.) vs. Wanderlei Silva (184.8 lbs.)
George Sotiropoulos (154 lbs.) vs. Joe Stevenson (154 lbs.)
Ryan Bader (204.6 lbs.) vs. Keith Jardine (204.6 lbs.)
Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic (233.2 lbs.) vs. Anthony Perosh (215.6 lbs.)

Preliminary Bouts:
Stephan Bonnar (204.6 lbs.) vs. Krzysztof Soszynski (204.6 lbs.)
Brian Foster (171.6 lbs.) vs. Chris Lytle (169.4 lbs.)
C.B. Dollaway (184.8 lbs.) vs. Goran Reljic (184.8 lbs.)
Igor Pokrajac (205 lbs.) vs. James Te Huna (204.6 lbs.)
Is it just me or does it seem like something in the scales is off with a whole bunch of fighters coming in at 184.8 and 204.6? Was it just something lost in translation?

Oh, interesting note, Brian Foster had a big mix up with the Athletic Commission didn't notify him he had missed weight by 1kg, by the time they got to him he had already downed a sub from Subway (shameless plug, yahoo.) and drank some water. He came back and made weight though.

More on Foster's Story here

maybe it's because the scale was in kilograms originally and when they converted it to pounds that's the result?

I didnt think Cain would have that big of a weight advantage to be honest. I mean it's only around 10lbs but still I guess he's more muscular than I realised for someone at his height. Im soooo pumped for this card though definitly the best looking card in a while. Ive got a feeling Bader/Jardine are gonna have a hell of a war.

Nog looked really ripped and young. Was weird he wouldnt shake hands. He looked big, surprised Cain is 10 pounds more, im just glad the reach is about the same.

Bisping won the battle of staredowns IMO he had that schraggly, east end bar brawler brit look on his face. Wandy just looks like a wannabe pretty boy now, its weird, he used to be scary. Wandy looked considerably bigger then Bisping imo, esp his arms.

I agree, I think Bisping had the better staredown at the press conference andd the weigh-ins.

I also thought Bonnar seemed pretty reluctant to shake hands after the scales.
