i hate to fly in the face of convention and i dont like Carwin one bit but he is still better then Rogers IMO

he has a real MMA base to go along with big power.

he has everything rogers has except Rogers has faster hands imo both are sloppy boxers tho. Carwin has real good wrestling tho. Rogers has.... sloppy boxing.

Both really havent proven they can stay near the top and are anything other then really big guys with really big power. We havent seen them in a war going deep rounds which is where i think both would struggle.

Carwin would take Brett down and beat him up IMO

thx 4 a little love Sambo, even tho we disagree alot ive always respected your opinion and you can take a joke and give a better one back and let it all slide off your back and be cool later. Cain is really good. I told you guys im only half as stupid as half of you

Yeah, I thought Cain was one dimensional and not that athletic, I was incorrect and wrong at the same time, LOL. I thought very highly of Big Nog and think Cain is definitely in the elite category now. I want to see him fight Mirko for the same reason you do. Either retire him or inspire him enough to fight like the old Mirko with the sick sprawl and awesome striking. I am just as happy seeing Cain face JDS though.

Also, Grim beat Mr. Glass Jaw AA. Any heavyweight in the UFC could take AA right now and win via KO. IMO that was a gimme fight to Rogers.

Im not really taking anyones side in your arguement cus i could care less just putting my 2 cents in.
Edited my post for more factual content instead of bashing....

Really, show me where I am 100% "nut hugging him" or is that just an erroneous statement? My argument is that Carwin has yet to face anyone nearly as good as those Grim faced. And AA got caught but any HW can get caught, that is the nature of the beast, actually same for LHW. With all due respect sir, back up your comments with facts, oh wait like Calminian, you do not have any.

I was just stating my opinion on you, take it with a grain of salt just as i take yours.

Also, how did i not give any factual evidence? I clearly stated that AA has a glass jaw and has not had a win in years.

Tim Sylvia KOed AA so he must be better than Carwin right? Seeing as thats the only notable win in Rogers career.

It's all yours, Dakota. Enjoy this riveting conversation about who's better, Carwin or Grim. I'd participate, but I have a sock drawer to rearrange.

Incredible, you throw out an insult and call it an opinion based on nothing? May as well call me a felon, since it as you said is not based on anything I wrote. Thanks for the insult though, it was very mature of you. Welcome to the forum.

Now to the facts, AA has wins over Sylvia, Buentello, Werdum, Rothwell, Roy Nelson, and out of his 15 wins, 11 were by KO and he is the former UFC champ. Not saying he is great but he is more legit than any competitor Carwin has beaten. As far as Fedor goes, until someone beats him its silly to call him overrated. But thats just my opinion.

Also Fedor was never in trouble in the Grim fight, you can watch 100 replays. He is solid and an MMA HOF. Yes its too bad he is not in the UFC but at least he is fighting.

We are discussing facts, you would not be able to add much to the discussion. But thank you.
