I could be wrong about this so don't flame me, but isn't the rule where a no contest is applied, mean that the current round is null and void? Meaning that the fight should have been judged on rounds 1 & 2? Or is this only for fouls such as groin strikes etc?
I feel like petitioning this. Of course it wouldn't change anything but the athletic commissions need to know that the fans don't appreciate their bullshit inability to do ANYTHING. I mean, do they honestly think they've done the right thing here? I would really like to have someone on that committee explain to me their reasoning for the decision...
