European Talent In The UFC
The UFC doesn't have many European fighters. Probably because MMA is nearly as popular in Europe as in places like North America, Brazil and Japan.
So who are the few good European fighters other than Andrei Arlovski in the UFC today? (Karo doesnt count, hes armenian-american)
We have a great talent in Michael Bisping who is championship material. Oh yeah Cro Cop recently signed in the UFC.. but who else? I cant thik of any other good european fighters.. As a dane i would like to think MArtin Kampmann, who I believe has had 2 fights in the UFC so far, is pretty good.  (NOTE: dane is not the same as dutch. the speaker in his last fight, not rogan, the other one kept calling him the Dutch, which is really irritating...
What do you think?

Fun trivia: In danish "kamp" means "match" or "fight". So Martin Kampmann really lives up to his name.

Cro cop and fedor, arguably the 2 best heavy weights in the world, are both european. I know fedor doesnt fight in the ufc, but cro cop does now. Arlovski is very good, and bisping is pretty good as well, though I think hes overrated.
Aside from that, I agree that there arent tons of great european fighters in the ufc.

Russia is more in Europe than Asia. The bits that are in Asia are pretty much barren wasteland.

I imagine the European Fighers like the fighters in N. America,Asia..etc..will follow the money. If the money is right they will come to UFC or PRIDE. If its not,they would likely stay and fighter closer to home.

One European fighter I would like to see in the UFC is Gilbert Yvel. He isn't the best fighter in the world, but, he sure as hell is exciting to watch. He would be another good addition to the Heavyweight division.

Russia is in both Asia & Europe, it depends what part he lives in.

Yah I wonder why Joachim Hansen doesnt fight in the UFC? He clearly has what it takes.
