How long can Jon Jones fight at 205 for?

He's 6'4 with a huge upper body. He made Vera, a former heayweight who has barely any muscle mass at 205, look quite small. At just 22 years old, he'll probably naturally thicken up over the years, and if he does the cut could end up being too much.

Here's some pics to show how big he is for 205:

Next to Jake O'Brien who dropped down from heavyweight:

Making Matt Hammill look small:

I really don't think that it will matter. Anderson Silva is big for a middle weight and has continued to successfully cut. I know he has a different body type than Jones, but these guys have perfected the process at this point.

Hopefully for a while still, like 4-6 years. As long as he fights at 205 I think he will be a force, I think he might be the one to get a TD and do some damage on Lyoto even.

He got really skinny legs so i think he will be OK with cutting to 205 .

He looks great at 205 just like Silva at MW guys. In such a huge weight class like HW, he will be lost in the middle of nowhere. He is a huge 205er wich gives him an advantage most of the time.

The entire 205 division is in danger while this guy can still make the cut. As soon as he can't, he becomes the one in danger

He looks in great shape at 205, I think he will continue to make the weight. I mean he is really ripped but as long as he doesn't gain too much more girth then I think he will be alright.
