Guyton's Textbook of Medical Physiology states that "the total amount of water in a man of average weight (70 kilograms) is approximately 40 liters, averaging 57 percent of his total body weight.

Rumble is by far the best weight cutter, he's massive, looks like a LHW.

It involves not drinking and some sauna visits.

It's perfectly possible to lose 30 or more pounds of water in a short period of time if you know how to do it. Have you ever stepped onto a scale after you've had diarrhea? That's one way of losing a lot of water weight... and probably healthier than not drinking and visiting the sauna.

It never does. There's a fine balance to weight cutting. The more you cut, the more you'll get fatigued in a fight, the less you cut, the more spry you are in later rounds. Look at dudes like Fitch and Kos who don't cut that much (maybe 10-15 lbs?) and their late round performances compared to someone like Anthony Johnson or Thiago Alves.

Also, Johnson shouldn't be on that list as he's failed, twice, and recently at that.

If your going to look at the best at cutting weight you have to look at the effect it has on the fighter, its no point including fighters like johnson with respect when it effects their game
