Latest rumors say Chris Lytle, which is stupid.
He wanted Diego but UFC told him no. He should fight Karo but maybe his face is still healing from that nasty cut. That would have been a much better fight why the **** is Chris Lytle fighting him!?

Really aww man that is bullsh!t! Chris lytle thas just like tellling matt serra what ever I mean serra gets a title shot after beating all them guys on the show, but they're pretty much potentially offering chris one if he can get through Matt a big if mind you. Its a confidence builder for Matt thas all if he went at deigo now after his loss he would be mentally not ready I bet UFC protecting thier investments.

Whatever! This is one of the worst matchups ive heard of. Protecting Matt Hughes? The "greatest welterweight of all time" should not have to be protected. F that, give us the match we all want Hughes vs Sanchez! Winner take GSP

Matt Hughes would make a difference by beating Deigo Sanchez. If Matt comes back and destorys and dominates Sanchez this would bring him up a notch, just cause he it lost a fight it does not make him less of fighter. Chri Lyte one a once in a life time chance, Matt Sera one a once in a life time chance by winning the TUF, but he can not compete at the level of Matt Hughes in my eyes, the only thing Sera has is submissions, Matt put a submission on the best in the business. If Hughes decides to come back, he should go all or nothing and start deminating and showing the fans that he is hungry for his title back. (i would really like to see GSP fight Prides Gomi).

hughes would get worked by sanchez. hughes is soooo overhyped. sanchez should get his shot at gsp without having to fight anyone, they said it would happen after parisyan, they said it again after riggs. sanchez has more than proven himself in the ufc and its time for a title shot. if hughes stands and trades with lytle he will lose, he needs to take it to the ground and he will crush.

You make a good point about Diego being more than deserving, but its retarded to say Matt Hughes is overhyped and that he would get worked by Sanchez. Hughes is a nightmare matchup for Diego because of his wrestling ability, strength and experience.

diego is more than capable of handling hughes. i agree that hughes ground game is top notch, but to say he has an advantage in the strength department is purely subjective. diego's stand up imo is better than hughes, and hughes take down attempts vs penn and gsp were weak, and dieo would have no problem avoiding them. if hughes were to bring his a game then itd be a fight, i just think his ego has been dropped a notch and he might not be at the top of his game right now. whereas diego grows more and more confident as time goes on. itd be an interesting matchup but i just feel like diego is a better fighter. imo parisyan would be a better matchup for hughes.

Strenght is not a subjective matter, it is rather very objective (measurable).
You think Diego would wanna stand and trade? It s just not his forte...
Matt took BJ down and beat him (It took him a while, yes - but BJ is a much better stand up fighter than Diego, and as far as not being able to take GSP down - he is another welterweight with retard strenght and very good stand up.) The Karo comment: Karo took Diego down a few times from what I remember, and Matt is a guy whose bread and butter are his takedowns. As opposed to the GSP and BJ fights, he will be able to get closer to Diego than he did to GSP, trust me. Shooting half way accross the ring doesnt usually end in a takedown for anyone, but a guy with Matt's strength up close is a takedown waiting to happen.
