Where the hell is Mike Swick?

Where has he gone off to? I thought he was gonna get a shot at Anderson before anybody. When that went bad, I thought he would fight Franklin for #1 contender spot. Now Franklin's fighting Mcdonald and Lister is fighting Marquardt. Where does Mike fit into all this? The middleweight division is a mess right now.

Yea I saw that but I was wondering where he is gonna be on the contender list? With so many decent middleweights coming up at the same time it's hard to tell who gets the title shot first.

I was wondering the same thing. He'll face god knows who at 68 but depending on who wins the other fights in middleweight will determine the next contender. Do you think he should fight the winner of Marquardt and Lister, the winner of Franklin and Macdonald,or do you think he gets next crack at Anderson if he wins his fight at 68. There are a lot of ways the UFC can go in this one. IMO if Swick wins his next fight against whoever they'll give him a title shot and then the winners of the other two middleweight bouts will square off at a later date to determine the new number one contender.

Winner of Yushin Okami vs Swick will either be the number 2 contender behind Franklin, or will fight the winner of Franklin/Macdonald for the number 1 contender spot. And yes, there is a difference. The first means Rich Franklin would get his rematch after one win, the second means Franklin would have to win twice before getting his rematch.

Oh and just some Trivia, Yushin Okami already has a win over ANderson Silva...though it happens to be by way of DQ. Anderson was SOOO pissed off after he got DQed, kept trying to attack Yushin like an @$$HOLE (which It hink anderson is), so I'm sure anderson is lookin to avenge that "loss"
