CroCop could dominate the HW UFC division if he has another year like 2006. CroCop is the #2 best HW in the world right now for a reason, he wins fights against other top level fighters. Sylvia is 4th or 5th because there is no competition for him in the UFC, there is a chance that Tim can win but highly doubtful.

Yeah, CroCop lost to Randleman because he underestimated him, he even said so in an interview. You have to remeber Randleman was a former UFC HW champ and he beat CroCop by GnP which he learned from another HW Champ, Mark Coleman. It shouldn't be that surprising that he KO'd CroCop back in 2004. CroCop learned from that fight, Randleman didn't.

But everybody on this forum believes that this will be no problem for Mirko Cro Cop. Why???
cro cop has ko Aleksander Emelianenko and he has more skill and also AE is almost as tall has tim.cro cop also has way more skill then tim he went to Decision with fedor.

Like what Kameleon said, Mirko underestimated Randleman. Which is completely spot on. When K-1 were here in Melbourne, Mirko got over confident with the Croation support and he went in and got beat. He could do that in the UFC too, absolutely. But, I think Mirko is much too smart for that now, he has learnt his lesson and it's made him a much better fighter. I do think Mirko will dominate the UFC Heavyweight division.

ive only got to know of cro cop via internet, and im already a fan, hes what..like 32 or something, he's this good already, im sure he'll keep winning, at 32 with a record like his, he's most definately a A level fighter

when i saw cro crop give andy a axe kick himself i was like "whaaaaat that was nuts!" and that was years ago i think, and cro crop held his own....i do hope he destroys sanchez and goes on to take the belt from tim (dont wanna see couture get his ass beat that badly)

I think Cro Cop will need two rounds to finish Tim, because tim will sit back and punch, but mirko will work his leg kciks and eventually pick Sylvia apart. AA has no chin at all, and even though he has superb striking, he is gunna get destroyed by Cro Cop, i dont see why people think he is a serious threat to cro cop.

I know the mods don't like the necromancy but i really do in some threads, this being one of them.
It's really cool to put things in perspective after a few years and take a look at the fans perception at the time and the reality it turned out to be...

McCall, Faber, Aldo, Nate, Nick, Lyoto, TBD, Hunt
Forever hanging in Anderson Silva nuts
