Bisping is superior in the stand up no question. And although Evans has a superior ground game, Bisping is very well versed in BJJ and has good takedown defence - what people dont often realise is that some fighters use ground skills in order to get submissions, some use ground skills to avoid getting submitted and get into positions where they can strike from - perfect example = The Iceman.
Just because Bisping doesnt go for submissions often doesnt mean that hes a fish out of water on the ground.
Both fighters are still a little green in my books to be taking on top fighters just yet.
Ps One of the 10 commanments of exercise science is...... Muscular power and muscular endurance are inversely proportional - so while Evans may have more "explosiveness" he is lacking in cardio in comparison to Bisping - from what ive seen Bisping has the better physiological balance between power and endurance.
