I think you mean Diaz...

As far as the lightweight title is concerned, Sean Sherk is a dangerous lightweight, it's not like any other lightweights deserved it MORE than Sherk, if you ask me you could have picked any of the top contender lightweight and put them in a title fight, christ sake it was a VACANT title in a division that is up and coming again, it's not like these guys had notable wins to earn them a title shot over anyone else.

However, I would have gave Stevenson a title shot over Florian.

You're just a cook...

It takes 2 to make a fight entertaining bro. He did what he had to do to win. He beat what was put infront of him.

I'm repping the thread starter because I thought his thread title was funny. I lol'd

As for Tim, you can't really take anything away from him.
If anything it's UFC for not putting a bigger challenger in front of him.

Dude...Sherk's good. he beat some pretty good guys in his career. They were mainly at 170, but he is even better at 155. I m not saying he is the best 155 in the world, but as it stands he is the best 155 in UFC (other than BJ)
PS. Which Sanchez did he beat? Edit: I didnt see the latter comments. Diaz it is.

Tim isnt undeserving of his belt. He won the fights and thats what counts. I think Sherk is kind of not deserving of his belt because he has only one fight at 155 and it was against Kenny Florian. Nobody was really deserving of this belt right away though. They should have had a tournament for it.
