I went to UFC 108 in Vegas and it was alot of fun, going to live events are great, I bought my ticket from the Lauzons because some of the fighters get a pre-sale for friends/family that want to go out and see them fight, they where $200 and they where the 2nd cheapest seats the cheapest being $100, but this was the January card that usually is one of the bigger shows they put on. My seats where fine, the MGM arena wasn't that big compared to the Garden though, not to sure what 600 will get you.
I went to 101 in Philly with 200 dollar seats and 111 in Newark with 400 dollar seats. At 111 we were center ring 18 rows up with a perfect view of the cage. At 101 we were still probably 18 rows up, but were in a corner of the arena so the view wasn't as good.
Both times were a blast, and I'd definitely recommend going to an event if you can. We plan on going to Boston for 118 and will probably spring for the 400 dollar seats again, although the GF is talking about 600.
I went to UFC 101 in Philly and had 100 dollar seats. You can't really see anything but the atmosphere is crazy. The weigh-ins were awesome. I met a lot of the fighters and they were all very nice and a lot bigger than they look, especially Matt Serra (dude is like 5ft 4 inches but thick as hell).
We were able to get upgraded seats for no extra cost at the 300-400 dollar level. I think those were great seats for the money. You can get close enough to see the fights and also see the fighters walk-in. The floor level seats aren't worth the money. When everyone stands up, you can't see anything.
