I'd rather see the other three. I voted for Griffin/Edgar, because I think the matchup says alot about who is going to be #2 behind Melvin Guillard in a few years.
I love watching Melvin, but it will be the same old show if they put another nobody in front of him, and they wouldn't put a good fighter in front of him if they were going to make the fight an undercard. If they were going to give him a tough fight, they'd want people to see it.
Hoger/Machida would be fun to watch, but I really expect Machida to walk through Hoger. I have alot of respect for Hoger, but Lyoto has beaten some fighters who are better than Hoger, in my opinion.
Lyoto has decisively beaten Bonnar (who beat Hoger), he beat UFC veteran Vernon White pretty recently and he beat Rich Franklin. Granted, Franklin is a much smaller guy than Machida, but I still consider Franklin better than Hoger, but that's just my opinion.
I think that Griffin v Edgar is going to be the fight on this list that's going to be an exciting war.
For Guillard it's just another highlight reel KO.
For Lyoto it's just a big debut.
I agree with everything you said except for the part about franklin being smaller..

IMO, franklin doesn't look small next to any 205lber. He's an absolute giant @ 185, moreso than GSP @ 170 and I think more so than Sherk @ 155(Although @ 155 being a giant seems to be the norm, look @ Sherk, Stevenson, and Guillard, they're HUGE for 155.)
It sucks that Cote is getting another main card match when he sucks and isn't going anywhere. He's just well known from TUF and I think they just like his accent because it reminds people of GSP. I really want to see the Tyson Griffin fight because anyone who beats Urijah Faber deserves to be on the main card. It's that simple. The only prelim I don't care about is Terry Martin vs TBD
, so that's 3 Prelim's I hope for them to air. That's a lot to hope for as it would require Crocop to throw a LHK in the first round, rampage to running KO slam eastman in the 1st round, AND anderson silva KO travis lutter instantly. We'll probably only get 2 prelims aired.
P.S. - Anyone else dying to see Urijah vs Kid Yamamoto?
