Silva should take this! Yeah, Lutter mowed down his opponents on the show and in the finale but its not going to be easy for him when he faces Silva.

You forget that this isn't just some brutal sport where everyones out to kill each other. Its much more like a game of physical chess.-looney liam

if Lutter is well-conditioned for this fight and puts Anderson on his back for 5 rounds, he can win the decision...

but logic says that in those 25 mins, Anderson will catch Lutter, and whenever Anderson catches someone, he usually finishes the fight off...

Lutter has a real good shot in this fight. I really hope Silva wins because that will be awful if TRAVIS LUTTER is UFC MW champ.

Lutter was decent on the show, and definately showed that he could take down all 3 of the slobs he faced. I've checked out some of Silvas old fights, he's got a decent sprawl. I wouldn't trust Lutters chin to survive in this one

Lutter's performance on the show was really good, and he deserves to be the guy here more than any body else. The submission on Cote was great, but I don't think he's going to get that on Silva.

Like I've said, it's been a long time since Silva was submitted with a BJJ submission, or even a sane submission. Yes, he got tapped out by Ryo Chonan, but anyone who saw that tape can tell you that Travis Lutter probably doesn't have that trick in his bag.

Can Lutter KO Anderson? Yes. He KO'd Marvin Eastman, and Eastman has one of the best chins around. The Eastman KO was cool, but I really don't see him getting that on a guy like Anderson Silva, the reknown Thai kickboxer with the reach advantage and superior clinch game.

I see Anderson finishing this fight by TKO. I don't see Lutter being able to finish this fight or being able to out-cardio Anderson. Even if this fight goes three or four rounds eventually Anderson will catch Lutter and end the fight.

I really hope he doesn't get stuck in the clinch. There's nothing I hate more than seeing fighters I like unable to handle a clinch.

Yeah, but if he goes into a clinch expect Lutter to try and take him down as quickly as possible. Either way, the clinch won't last.
