dude it seems like every thread that mentions something similar you cry about it, i know it pisses you off to have some of the same topics in more then one thread but get over it.

and if it really bothers you that much just read one thread and not the other so you can stop crying about it everywhere

haha one loss by a pride guy doesnt mean anything. plus check out ufc's website...heath was fighting with an mcl tear and didnt disclose it to anyone until the post fight interview. if anyone else wondered why his sprawl sucked, that explains it.

pride and ufc are both good in their own right. its nearly impossible to prove which is better so quit trying.

Heath Herring hasn't fought in PRIDE since 2004 anyway. K-1 didn't really keep him very active. He only had 2 fights in 2005 and 1 fight in 2006. O'Brien just out wrestled him and not much else. It's a learning experience for Herring. He was never the best of PRIDE HW anyway, he just lost to most of the best.
