that's what i woulda done anyway. nothing better then connecting with KO kick then turning around and walking back to your corner like nothing happened.
Although it would look cool..what if the dude wasnt out cold? Obviously he was, but what if the kick didnt connect like he and everyone else thought it did and the guy shot back up when he was walking away and speared his back and beat his ass? Obviously with that kick it wouldnt happen but the second it happens it seems like time stops..if you just walk away instantly you may have miscalculated my opinion it could happen anyways.

Pure instinct my friend... You get so caught up in the heat of the moment and you can clearly see the guys eyes are shut or rolled back but it doesn't really register until a third party (ref) comes in and snaps you out of it. Some people are good at controlling it, some are not, don't want to start putting little asterisks next to wins cuz a couple of punches landed after the fact.
