hahaha alright just watched Inside the UFC, at the end they did a little special on tattoos, and Rogan rolled up his selves to reveal his tattoo, says its new. Now i instantly took this as a joke and was laughing, thinking there is no way Rogan would do that. But he never actually said anything, were we to just assume it was a joke then. Thats what i did. Not sure if anyone knows anything differently.

Joe is a nutty mofo. Not to say anyone with a tat is crazy, it's just not a big deal so I wouldn't take it as a joke. It's a sick looking tatooed arm

Rogan earned a black belt at age 15 and achieved a degree of fame as a four-time state (MA) taekwondo champion. In 1987, he won the American Open Tae Kwon Do Championship according to certain records, although there is no evidence of this on the All American Open Tae Kwon Do website, who lists Tony Blanchard as the 1987 champion (lawsuit pending), and later, as a lightweight champion, went on to beat the middleweight and heavyweight title-holders to obtain the Grand Championship.
Rogan has been training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu for many years and was recently awarded his brown belt by Eddie Bravo.
Rogan and movie actor Wesley Snipes (a fellow martial arts enthusiast) were in negotiations in late 2005 to fight a mixed martial arts match in the UFC. However, no deal has been made.[1]
