They chanted his name because they wanted him to enter that octagon and finish things himself. Herring and O'Brien would look at him confused and he would do his pose, O'Brien would get mad cause hes stealing his "blanketing" spotlight so he goes for the shoot but Hogan catches him and scoop slams him onto the mat. Herring takes this oppurtunity to jab Hogan but he just gives him a crazy look shaking his head and pointing his finger in his face, Herring continues landing blows but Hogan is going crazy circling the octagon shaking his fists. Herring then throws one final punch but Hogan catches his hand and punches him sending him back, Herring comes running in all pissed but Hogan big boots him then lands a leg drop winning via ko. All of a sudden "I am a real American" hits and he begins posing to the crowd for about 4 hours forcing the show to go off the air..
