Heath Hearring : WOW.
Ive never seen a fighter go from incredible to the worse ive seen in a while. A few years back, he held up with nog on his back for 20 minutes when they fought for the heavyweight belt of Pride. He destroyed the crap out of many fighters, and now, its like if it has never happened.
And i was about to complain that heath hearring was not being treated fairly for fighting in UFN instead of ppv events... good thing i didnt say anything.
And now ive lost all my post points because i accidently put all of them on that fight, instead of half of it.

I disagree, I'd say Heath is definitely in my top 10 heavyweights. He's thrown with the best and come out on top.

i can't stand when people say "all talk and nothing else" without doing their homework... the fact is, he "was" a great fighter!!! unless you go look at his fights from the past 7 years, your opinion is worthless and saying anyting about him is worthless. go look, and you'll see that sometimes, fighters just change, or fall off, or whatever. but to say he was all hype and nothing less does nothing but promote one's own ignorance of a wider range of the sport than the UFC!

^^That's probably what happened. Heath took O'Brien lightly, and it cost him. He really needed to pay attention to UFC rules. Heath is only 28, and moved around like current day Dan Severn. Scratch that, atleast Severn could avoid a takedown.
How long has Heath been working on his standup? About 8 years? Why does he still throw wild, ugly punches?
I'm refusing to believe that this was the same guy who did pretty good against Nog twice. Seriously, that was embarrassing.
Oh, Heath, why did you suck donkey dong?

His fight with Cro Cop and Fedor are on youtube.
This was not the same fighter. I cant believe he tried to give a lame story after the fight. This guy was trying to get submissions in his other fights and always had good defense and speed. What happend. It looks like he did not try at all.

heath looked cool when he was coming out and that song sounded tight on surround sound. maybe he was just excited about fighting in america. maybe he didnt really care about this fight at all because he knew there would be others. i give him credit for dropping o'brien with a jab because now people will lay off AA for a while.
