Clarification
there's been alot of people bashing heath herring and i just wanted people to check this out. go to ufc's website and check his post fight interview. he tore his mcl 3 weeks prior to thursday's fight. so his takedown defense was bad and so was his guard. i just wanted people to know that.
now with that said, he's a prick. i just dont understand how you can do that big of a dis-service to the fans. if you're hurt, although it sucks to do it, pull out of the fight. its better than fighting injured and doing terrible and disappointing the fans.
dumb move heath.

he was fighting a D class opponent. he thought he would just have to throw a couple of punches and knock him out.

Chuck still knocked Tito the hell out with a torn MCL. Just said it hurt a little. Didn't seem to hurt Chucks sprawl.

but in now way am i excusing him. its his fault and quite honestly, i'm pissed.

Heath thought he'd walk in and KO his opponent in no time. Sadly, the Herring who fought Nog & Erikson is gone. He just choked, and acted like he was a newcomer. There's just no excuse to act like a total douchebag afterwards. Instead of being somewhat gracious in defeat, Heath put all the blame on O'Brien. Sorry, Heath, but you didn't exactly light the world on fire either.
Rogan was just relentless on commentary. Man, that was probably the most frustrated Rogan has ever been. He didn't even show that much frustration in the Gonzaga vs Jordan fight. That was hilarious, and Rogan made the fight somewhat entertaining.
He needs to work on his sprawl. There's no excuse for looking that horrible out there. It's like Kongo took over Heath's body.
I'm a Heath fan. Always have been, but he looked terrible out there, and he clearly lost to a better man that night. Heath's stubborn nature out there really made me think that we won't see the Herring of old anymore. All he has now is a badass entrance, and cool hair. Hell, Franca will probably take over in the crazy hair department.

If Jake wouldn't have made it a wrestling match Heath would have won.

No excuses, Herring just choked.
I can't remember exactly how he knocked O'Brien down (I was doing something at the moment) but that was a weak punch he landed and it actually rocked O'Brien.
Talk about a weak chin, Herring could have knocked him out easily if he had just came more prepared.
