I wouldnt say ufc is boring but MMA looks to be regressing back to that phase where it was heavily skewed towards wrestlers..Its not goin to be long before straight MMA fans stop buying ppvs and just move on..

yeah i went to 118, thank god for randy and toney because it was as dull as a dishwasher. but i thought 117 was the best ufc ever, it had me on a high for the whole next day. Loads of brilliant fights, and the sonnen silva was just off the scale. We got Mir and Cro Cop next week, brilliant!!!
Life would simply not be as good without the UFC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know about you guys (you might be a little more hardcore
than me) but, I'm starting to get a little bored of the UFC....

They aren't making the super-fights we want to see, and their
premium guys aren't fighting enough.

Just my opinion but, they need something new. No women. No
tournaments (except the show).

Seriously, asides from Brock fighting Cain, what fights are you
'OMG I can't wait to watch that!' waiting for?

Just my opinion. I needed to vent.

I love UFC so I'm a little frustrated they are trying to do so
much new stuff at once. Focus on your product, then the people will
come. Also, from UFC.com I could only see up to UFC 121 cards.
Maybe there are some sick fights coming up I don't even know about
(most likely).

Get into all MMA.... SHINE just had a LW 8 man 1 night tournament... tommorrow night Shark Fights is putting on an excellent card... Bellator has Huerta/Alvarez coming up.. Strikeforce is always there....MFC had a real exciting card tonight...

Fill up your schedule with other MMA cards and the let down won't be there as bad if you don't appreciate every UFC card....

That's just the problem. I don't have time to get heavily into MMA, and expect each UFC to be epic.

Granted UFC 117 was amazing. Maybe they should just have less PPV's but make each one JAM packed? Have more of a monthly/weekly tv show that showcases new talent?

Like I said. I'm a little more then a casual fan, but it's getting hard to show new people exciting cards and exciting fighters.

It's just like any sport. Not every game can be a barnburner jam packed with action.

I'm a hockey fan as well, but not every game can be an edge of your seat game. Same with football, same with basketball. You really have to enjoy all aspects of the sport and realize some matches/games will be better than others. This just helps you appreciate those "wars of attrition" when they do happen.

are you serious? 95% of all UFC cards are filled head to toe with named fighters and great match ups, most of which would be champions in any other organization. Plus The UFC never fails to deliver putting on the fights we wanna see, i can count on 1 hand the amount of big fights that ive wanted to see that hasnt happened.

TBH i dont think MMA is the sport for you then if you think the UFC is getting boring, because you couldnt be more wrong. If watching the best fighters in the world compete against each other twice a month is boring to you, then i think you should move onto another sport.

Typical casual sports fan, and I mean that without disrespect.

All sports are "boring" when you watch them all the time. Take footie ( soccer ) for example. If you are a casual fan and like to watch highlights, then the sport is awesome. However, watch all the matches and you realize 90% of the time its not epic. All sport is the same. We watch and wait for the magic moments and relish them when they happen. MMA, if anything, provides me with more magic moments than any other sport. It also has the least boring periods of any other sport.

Is it boring sometimes? yes... so is everything. Even sex, sausages and cocaine.

UFC is at it's best in years, we are blessed to be MMA-fans in this day and age

If you're getting tired of UFC I think it's not the organisation you're getting tired of, it's MMA in general and you should go watch something else :P

I disagree, UFC has never been as good as it is right now.
