Do you think Mir can KO/TKO Crocop?
I think this has a pretty good chance of happening. Crocop's "K1 level" striking has been overrated his entire career imo. Lets not forget this is the same guy who got KO'ed by Randleman in his prime and folds like a tent anytime pressure is applied on him. This is the same guy who wilted against Kongo while Mir clobbered him.
Anyone else think Mir could win by KO/TKO?

Possibly, all I do know though that Mir won't be smiling and high fiving if he drops Cro Cop.

If JDS couldn't do it, I don't think Mir even has a chance. Yes, I know it was ruled a TKO. But you know what I mean.

highly doubt it.
can he rock him and sub him?? for sure.
Mir has 2 TKOs in 18 fights and CC, altho not his former self has taken bigtime shots right on the button from JDS and Pat Barry and not been finished (i know he verbally tapped vs JDS because he couldnt see but he wasnt TKO'd like almost everybody else).
CC still has a great chin. Mir still has suspect standup.

JDS couldn't. JDS is a kickboxer, has much better hands, is faster, hits harder, and has much better technique than Mir. He didn't drop him once. Pat hits very hard and is extremely fast and is probably one of the best HW strikers. Mir is neither of those things. I think Mir's stand up is perfect for CroCop. Slow, predictable combos with little kicks and a heavy front leg. CroCop is going to kick his leg, hurt it, kick his body, hurt it, land a strong straight left, then drop him with a high kick or a hook.

Yes he absolutely can. But I think it is more likely that Mir catches repeating straight lefts, sprawls, and body kicks and then crumbles.
(In my dreams)

Yes. This is Mir's fight to lose. He's a dumbshit retard if he just stands and doesn't look for takedowns though. He can hold his own standing up, get Crocop to commit and score a takedown and probably a submission. Mir's wrestling isn't nearly as bad as people seem to think it is. He succeeded on his last takedown attempt easily and more recently stuffed Carwin's takedown before getting KTFO lol. Given his size advantage I wouldn't even mind seeing him pull guard like he used to do. I've been critical of the guard but Werdum and Silva have given me faith that maybe it's not dead.
If Mir chooses to stand and is getting the better of the exchanges or just breaking even on them, I could see him opting to continue to stand and then eventually getting caught. Mir's one of the worst gameplanners in the UFC, but so long as he mixes in takedowns I see him winning the fight via TKO or submission. Mirko may drop his hands to make sure he doesn't get taken down and wind up getting KOd because of it.
