Should be a good fight but i dont see Condit beating Hardy in London, i just think Hardy will have too much and if he rocks him early on then Hardy win will be the only outcome.

Carlos Condit has 'guaranteed to dominate' Dan Hardy at UFC 120, insisting he will make the Briton feel 'uncomfortable' on home turf.
Speaking in an interview with ESPN, Condit showed plenty of respect for Hardy, explaining that The Outlaw's ability was what initially attracted him to the fight. The American acknowledges that his opponent has 'good jiu-jitsu', but he expects to control the fight wherever it goes at London's O2 Arena.
Condit has won his last two fights, against Jake Ellenberger and Rory MacDonald, and he is desperate to earn a crack at the UFC welterweight belt. Hardy is the next step on that path, and the former WEC welterweight champion is confident.
"I guarantee I'll dominate it," Condit told ESPN. "I'm definitely not saying he's not well-rounded; from what I've seen he's got pretty good jiu-jitsu.
"But I'm better on the ground, and we'll find out who's better on the feet. I try to inflict as much damage as possible, at all costs. My job is to make him feel uncomfortable, make him panic, no matter what. I'll be pressing him, whether I'm on my feet or whether he's on his back."
Condit is trained by Greg Jackson, the same coach that drew out the gameplan for Georges St-Pierre to stifle Hardy at UFC 111. Asked if he would follow the blueprint by taking Hardy to the mat at UFC 120, Condit would not rule out the possibility.
"I'm not going to give away too much of my gameplan but I definitely feel I have an advantage on the ground. That won't surprise anybody for me to say that. But we'll see where it goes."
I was thinking the same thing. If Hardy didn't panic with GSP wrenching his arm in an armbar, he won't panic if Condit gets in his face or puts him on the ground. Its gonna be a good fight, this.
I *want* Hardy to win, but who knows. Carlos is pretty shit hot also.
I will say this: using terms like "panic" when talking about Hardy? I dunno about that. If there's one thing we can attribute to Hardy, is that mentally hes pretty damn solid. I'm not sure that pressuring Dan will do Carlos any favours. Its all very well trying to get up from under GSP or Fitch, but the rest of the division have nowhere near the skills those two do.
Whatever. I love both these guys. I will be very surprised if this is anything other than full on pain.
Exactly. What would you say happens if he gets tagged in the same manner by Hardy instead of the previous guys? Carlos has shown less than stellar strike avoidance skills, always willing ot mix it up and take a shot to deliver a shot. Well, this ain't Kansas anymore.. these guys are bigger and stronger than you Carlos and they have good technique. Keep leading with your chin and you're going to get KTFO.I'm not sure Condit should be talking about "dominating" anyone. I think he'll beat Hardy but he was damn close to losing to both Ellenberger and Macdonald so domination would surprise me.
And why do you figure that? Hardy has only put 1 of his opponents away since he joined the UFC. It seems everyone still believes the UFC hype that he has amazing striking along with 1 punch KO power.I'm a huge Carlos Condit fan.. but the UFC is a bit different than WEC. Carlos doesn't carry the muscle mass nor the speed necessary to be successful in the upper echelons of WW in the UFC. He needs to drop to LW.
Condit is going to get knocked senseless by Dan F'n Hardy. I'm gonna hate it.. don't much like Hardy.... but this is a mis-match. On paper maybe it looks better... but this is not going to be competetive.
Looked like he was kind of out of shape, looked more like chub than lean muscle and a double chin. I don't think his frame has broadened, he still has to weigh in at 170.He looks massive, seemed to out-size Bisping in a picture of the 2 of them recently. Maybe I'm just a fanboy, but I see Dan Hardy winning this fight, and doing it convincingly.
