This is Cage Fighting.. this is not the Movies.. There are no invincible "Brad Pits".. these guys are real "Fighters"... they know what they are getting into..
Have you ever watched Vale Tudo? if you are queezy about those rules.. lol..
IMO.. the fighters have to hold back too much.. i see it too often.. a fighter is in a prime position to dish out maximum damage but cannot due to the rules in place..
i.e. when grappling.. no knees to the head
i.e. when in the top position.. no elbowing downwards..
i.e. when in the bottom position.. no elbowing upwards ..
i.e. when an opponent is stalling to recover by laying on his back.. an opponent should be able to stomp or kick .. i see this all the time..
etc... those are natural moves for fighters.. but are prohibited..
The reason i liked Pride and the old UFC was it was the closest to a "real" street fight simulation ..
