Strongest Champion?

Who do you guys think is the strongest Champion in the UFC. I'm not talking physically, but right now, which champion will be the toughest to topple for the contenders in their division? Sherk is a beast, but I think BJ at lightweight could dominate him. GSP is only in his mid-twenties, but is head and shoulders above Sanchez and Hughes. But as we saw at UFC 58, a fight between him and BJ is a coin toss. Silva destroyed Leben and Franklin and is phenomenal standing, but may be suceptible on the ground for guys like Lutter. Chuck has been unstoppable in recent years, but may be slowing down soon as Evans, Jardine, and Bispig will only get better. And big Tim.....what can you say about big Tim???...Well........he's really tall!

Anderson Silva. Who in the mw division can stand with him, not to mention he has a black belt in bjj. There is no competition there for him, Franklin maybe or if a noteble fighter moves into the mw division (GSP someday?). My order would go: Silva, Sherk, GSP, Chuck, and Sylvia.

From the parameters of the thread starter

1. Silva-MW isnt stacked and Silva is a stud
2. Chuck-less competition in the LHW than others, even if he's slowing down.
3. Sherk-Unless Penn stays down here,Sherk can handle all his competition. he's #3 becuase I think Penn will get a shot soon.
4. GSP-WW is stacked. He's above everybody ATM,but the WW division is stacked and he'll get very few "easy" title defenses after Serra that is.
5. Sylvia-I think with Crocop in the division now,Tim is just keeping it warm for him. with that being said if Tim did beat CroCop it should would make the UFC even more interesting with the big boys.

chuck- i don't see him being dethroned anytime soon
sherk- if bj isn't moving down to lw than he can dominate, nobody in division has both the power and cardio he has
silva- noone really on his level, maybe marquardt
gsp- if penn goes back to ww george is gone
tim- can you say "crocop"
