I thought (Michael Bisping) looked great… it definitely puts him back in the mix and he will fight someone top 5 next. He is back on his way towards a title shot.
I honestly can't see Bisping beating any of them. I think that Silva, Belfort and Marquardt would all put Bisping to sleep. Okami and Chael outwrestle Bisping all night and Maia subs him.

I don't see Bisping finishing Maia. I see Maia finshing Bisping. I don't think Bisping has the power to finish Maia standing and there is no way Bisping outgrapples Maia.
I think his next fight depends greatly on what happens with Shields/Kampmann this weekend. If Shields wins, he may go right up for a title shot. If he loses I could see him fighting Bisping. Nate is still a couple of wins away from another shot. That being said, I would like to see him fight Nate next.
I think Bisping could beat Okami. Okami hasn't been using his wrestling much as of late while Bisping's defensive wrestling is getting pretty good. I think Bisping would be able to elude and outwork Okami on the feet to a decision win. I think Chael would absolutely demolish him, as would Anderson. He stands a decent chance against Belfort. Belfort could always knock him out quickly, but as the fight went on he could seriuosly frustrate and break Belfort mentally. Who knows though.
I see Okami-Bisping being a close one on the feet. I think Okami could get some TD points even if he doesn't control him.
As for Belfor...I see no reason to pick Bisping. Bisping won't be as confident on the feet and will fall into a KO. Belfort has all the hand speed as well. I'm not ready to label Bisping a really good striker until he out strikes a real good striker.
Sexyama is a good striker, but he is a small guy who is fighting predictable. After the 1st round he was just looking for the 1 power punch and not putting anything together. His rep was built on beating Japanese fighters, funny how things changed when he got into the UFC.
Bisping would have not much of a shot at beating Belfort in a standup match. Belfort would hurt him or KO him.
Bisping is very capable of beating Okami, Marquardt and Maia, however he is not capable of finishing any of them. And all 3 capable of finishing him.
If Bisping fights any of them and it goes to decision he wins, if any of the fights get stopped early it will be cos he is unconcious. Simples!
Silva/Belfort set to headline for Superbowl weekend. Winner of Marquadt or Okami already called fight for #1 contendership (well deserved shot for either).
I could see Bisping V Loser of UFC 122 in February as a co-headlier with a JDS v championship fight. If Bisping wins, then
Bisping V Sonnen for a title shot in May/June (the trash talk alone would make that a headliner). I'd put that one in Ireland, England or Scottland - Sonnen deserves the dirtbag treatment.
If Bisping can do it, that's a top 10 win and a top 5 win, he will have earned a title shot, especially with him beating Leben (and Leben being in the quasi MW mix as well.)

Maia is fighting Kendal Grove already, a win doesn't mean much, a loss shoots him down the ladder. Palhares has a ways to go up as well after his last loss.
Good news - can't wait for that loud mouth prick to get knocked out cold again.
