Yea thats what I'm sayin, he shouldn't even have been 2lbs over coming in to the fight.
Did his training camp forget to order scales or what?

Lutter is an idiot. He missed an opportunity of a lifetime because he could not make weight.
He was saying how confident he was that he could beat Silva and everything, but he can't even beat the scale. God, this pissed me off ... Lutter fails hardcore now, I expect to hear a lot of boos from the crowd.

It's disrespectful to Silva, Zuffa, and the fans. This was a fight I was looking forward to, but without the belt being on the line, I just don't care. This is a slap in the face. Riggs messed up, but atleast he had an excuse(Being a replacement for Karo). Travis Lutter has no excuse.

As I posted elsewhere...
Wow that is so pathetic I can't even beleive it. A chance of a lifetime like this and he can't lay off the burgers? Didn't he try cutting earlier to make sure he could do it??? Does Lutter get a second shot? Pathetic.

Yep, I think alot of people are thinking the same thing, Lutter lost alot of supporters and any respect he had, it just was'nt professional in my book...this was a freakin' championship bout...WTF was he thinking and where in the hell were his trainers and friends.

Yea, I hope he gets booed heavily on the way in, clinched, kneed about 10 times in the face, and booed on the way out.
Maybe while he is down from the knees, Dana could run in and leg drop him off the top of the cage or hit him with a steal chair. I might be happy after that.

What an absolute disappointment. This guy has 2 hours... 2 friggin hours to lose 2 pounds and he can only lose 1/2 a pound? Dude, put some sweats on, find a sauna, and jump rope for that full 2 hours. I'm so severely disappointed and am questioning whether I'll purchase the Pay-per-view simply as a statement.
Can't stress how ticked I am. I think I just won't buy it and watch the clips online. That's a load of crock.

don't you think a fighter would weight himself like an hour before the official weight in JUST to make sure he is at the right weight? cmon man, the whole mma world is watching you, and you don't even make the weight. there is still pressure on silva to win, but if he doesnt he still has the belt and i doubt lutter will be able to fight his way back to the top.
