i did not intend to suggest that they wanted mirko cuz hes cut but merely wanted to suggest that the UFC seems somewhat concerned with the marketability of its fighters.

Having said that i have come to realize that while the marketability of their fighters is a concern it is not a primary one and that the quality of the fighter is their primary concern.
