depends whats on the contract. if it says he gets a title shot then i guess he is legally entitled to one. but i doubt it says which title, so wait for anyone other than big Tim to have the Heavyweight title and let him fight for that one.

I like Lutter more than Silva, I couldn't care who is champion, as long as they earn it, but I don't like it being Silva. It was a good fight but you could tell Lutter was fighting for nothing. Not for All or Nothing.

Lutter had his chance and he blew it. He should start from the bottom again. I would like to see Lutter fight Mayhem Miller. See who would be the better grappler.

Riggs actually blew his title shot against Matt Hughes by not making weight. These are the only 2 times its ever happened in a title fight though.

lutter shouldnt even be allowed in the UFC.. i think he is a complete retard, who enjoys making every fight boring by taking down people, then sitting on them for all three rounds.. i was hoping Silva would have thrown a flying knee to kick.. and when he did for a second i was so happy...but then only to miss..but w/e he still kicked his ass.

Definatly no. No matter what the contract says, making weight is just as important as winning the fight. In my eyes its half the battle. The UFC gave him the title shot and he lost, just not in the traditional manner.

Hell no Lutter doesnt deserve anything. He had the perfect oppurtunity and blew it. What he does deserve is to be kicked out of the UFC and go fight somewhere in his parents basement for minimum wage.
