-Travis Lutter: $18,000 (5th UFC fight; lost to Anderson Silva)

-Mirko Cro Cop: $350,000 flat fee (1st UFC fight; defeated Eddie Sanchez)

-Quinton Jackson: $170,000 (1st UFC fight; defeated Marvin Eastman)

these numbers show a little bit of improvement on paying fighters, but there is still work to do. cro cop and rampage's salaries really reflect how much dana is planning on paying top guys to come here.

The thing with Rampage's pay is that the UFC purchased his contract from the WFA. So they are paying him his original pay from WFA. He only has 1 fight left on that contract. So I'm sure he won't make as much if he re-signs with the UFC after the contract expires.

UFC fighters are alot better sportsmen than boxers so i say they hud get a lot more than they get paid at the monent coz there are alot more risks in ufc than sports like boxing. ufc needs to step the pay scale up more than that!

hmm...silva still aint gettin paid like a champion, must be a contract thing....and holy sh*t at rampage's money lol, he got more for that fight than AA did at ufc 66 (which was 144,000) if cro crop didnt even get 150k for the grand prix, then this must be the biggest payday for jackson...surprised sanchez got 30k, nice to see dana payin these guys a bit more
