I thought about this decision from the UFC again.. and I really don't agree that Vera was cut that quickly. At least one more fight should have been put up for him.

I mean his loss to Couture wich was a very close fight and most people had Vera winning here.

His win over Sosynzki not too long ago.

Very razor thin split decision loss over Jardine a while back.. after he just dropped down to LHW.

And his great performance against Werdum at HW. Wich let's face it, was an early stoppage.

I just think he deserved another chance! Dan Miller stays, but a guy like Vera who draws people to watch him, get's cut?!

One more fight would have been fair!

I hope Dream/SF pick him up soon

Dana hates Mckee and always has but thats not new to Mckee he should have known he needed a W. He's not as good as his record but not as bad as some make him out to be and he should have been gave a bit more rope IMO.

The UFC kind've hold a double standard in that they keep the bigger name fighters and will let the lower name fighters go to clear the way for new talent. McKee is not the first to fall victum to that double standard and he won't be the last unfortunately. Good luck to him on the independent circuit!

the reason they gave miller another chance after losing 3 in a row is because he still fought after his daughter died.

Well props to Miller for fighting after his daughter died. Reminds me of when Belfort fought Randy after his sister went missing. That is when you know who is a true warrior around!
