My friend, that is what Toronto was told as well (keep in mind we just got sanctioned this year as well).
Dana even went on record to say that the Toronto card will be as big as UFC 100.
I will give him the benefit that this will be the case once the card is announced, but with the fights being mentioned, it really isn't close.
Not all his fault though, a lot of injuries and situations seems to have popped up.
