Bader A Fan Of Hardy And Bisping, Wants To Fight In The U.K

Quote:
Ryan Bader has revealed he would love to fight on an English fight card in the future, and he admits he's a fan of Britain's leading figures Michael Bisping and Dan Hardy.

Bader is preparing for a collision with Jon Jones at UFC 126, which takes place almost a year after he signalled his true intent in the light-heavyweight division by knocking out Keith Jardine in Sydney.

That victory was Bader's third bout outside of the United States, having previously fought in Mexico and the Cayman Islands, and he admits he loves to travel and fight in new places around the globe.

Bader was present for the most recent UFC event to have taken place on British shores at UFC 120, and he revealed to ESPN that he got a taste for the English atmosphere when Hardy walked out for his co-main event with Carlos Condit.

"When I was in London they put on a great show," said Bader. "Dan Hardy's walk-in was intense and I definitely enjoy watching the British guys fight.

"I love travelling around, that was the first time I got to go to London and it was very cool. I like to go to different places. Some fighters don't like to travel when they fight but I fought in Australia and I loved it. I'd like to do more of it."

Asked if he understands the American love-hate relationship with Bisping, Bader revealed he finds the Wolf's Lair fighter entertaining, but he has experienced his effect on the US public at first hand.

"When Mike comes over I see what you mean about the US hatred. I was there when he fought Dan Henderson and I was like 'holy cow'. But he plays it well, he knows what he's doing!"

Man Bader was one of my favourite fighters before i read this. If he beats Jones and then comes to the UK and puts on a show i may well develop a full on man crush!

I like him as a person , I think he is a good fighter has good power in hands not the best stand up buts its not the worst and decent wrestling , pretty much base for success unless you're anomaly.

I think everyone likes UK fighters or their style deep down , just alot of the guys like to jump on the bandwagon of Bispings sucks etc but all they are doing is putting $$$ in his bank.

Not one UK fighter i know has a boring style.

Bisping Fan extraordinaire

Velasquez will be back

He is still gonna get demolished by Jones, Bader has had one big win and he didnt even look that good doing it, barely scraped the decision if i can remember correctly. Jones has steamrolled all of his opponents and Bader doesnt pose any other threat that Hamill, Matyushenko or even Vera had.

on paper he has better wrestling, but who has he faced that proves he has better MMA wrestling than Jones? Jones threw Hamill, Vlady and Vera around like they were little girls, and they are all proven solid MMA wrestlers, Bader has fought no one with a solid wrestling background. Bader in the first round against nog looked good, but he seemed to gas in the 2nd and 3rd and barely scraped the decision, i dont remember him dropping Nog ethier?

Jones will be too quick and explosive for Bader imo, i actually think he is gonna make Bader look bad and probably KO him in the first. For some reason some people havnt caught on to how great Jon Jones truly is as a fighter, i cant see anyone beating him at LHW imo, Bold comments i know but really do think he is that good.

he drops him with a right in the first, i thought it was gonna be a tko but it wasn't, when someone like bader is so much of an outsider against jones, i know there is an upset thats gonna happen,. same with page vs machida
