Tell us how you scored the fight afterwards. I am going to watch it again as well now.

Thanks dude I'm gonna watch it now.

Bader definitely won rd 1 and rd 2 imo. Nog did better in the 3rd but Bader was still able to score a couple of TD's...So I'm totally okay with the UD for Bader.

After watching it I think its pretty clear JJ is the better wrestler and Baders only chance of winning this fight is by somehow "catching" Jones on his feet and dropping him. I dont see it happening. Jones striking isnt the best but its good enough to handle Bader.

My money is on Jones via GNP TKO.

Wow, I really had a compelete different memory about this fight

That was really frustrating to watch and I agree with you, that fight was definitely not a victory for Nog. But Bader

First Round clearly Bader 10:9
Second Round was a toss up in my eyes, either 10:10 or you can flip a coin.
Even the third round wasn't how I saw it the first time 10:9 Nog.

But to give the win for Bader was alright! I have to correct myself, sorry Elite.

Here's how I saw it after rewatching.

R1: 10/9 Bader
better striking, good ground and pound.
R2: 10/9 Bader
still had the better strikes and power shots. Not an overwhelming round, but Nog didn't get anything going.
R3: 10/10
Nog had it, but Bader came back in the last 2 min. and lander power shots on the feet and took Nog down and held him the last 30 sec. It's possible Nog still won that round, but just barely if he did. I can also see why some think Bader won that round.

This is why I"m giving Bader a shot against Jones. I think Nog is a better technical striker than Jones and better technical defense, and yet he couldn't get anything going against Bader, nor stop Bader from landing big shots. Bader moved nicely and didn't take any power shots the whole fight. There's something to be said for that as it's no small achievement.

The difference is, Jones does have takedowns, where Nog does not. Then again, does Jones have the escaping abilities that Nog has?

Yeah Barboza is a beast!

If 10-10 Rounds existed there would be an argument for calling it a draw, cos the 2nd round was a toss up, but if you have to give it to someone then it has to be Bader's round.
