Figures. When you have a champion who can't finish his opponents and a challenger who won't commit and KO a little punk champion...then you have a boring main event. I watched UFC 125 cause I watch every show but I really wanted to see Frankie lose. I hate Maynard too but he's not holding the belt.
Common Maynard, just end the Frankie loser rein and then lose the belt to BJ (>")>

Ufc 125 on paper sucked, but i decided to buy it. I was not disappointed although it had no big names it was like a wec event. Non stop action and overall a really great pay per view.

Knew it. If the best match up in UFC history only got 500,000 buys, there was no way this was getting higher than 400,000.
And by best match up, I mean Machida vs Shogun I.

i've ordered every UFC since 114 (bar 115) 118 and 119 were disappointing but the rest were good so i kept buying because UFC usually delivers great cards and the divs are always getting more and more stacked.

can't honestly say how many UFC's I would buy if I had to pay $60 per time to watch one, but I don't think it would be many, I just happy with subscribing to ESPN and watching all the events for free so I never miss any.
Even if I don't stay up to watch them live, which I do about 50% of the time, I just set sky plus to record them so never miss any of them, UFC 125 was one that I set to record and watched the next day.

The beauty of the ESPN deal - never having to choose if PPVs are worth the money!

It is insane, works out at about $3 a PPV i guess over a whole year. Shame Sky are probably gonna get the rights some time in the next 5 years and we'll get shafted like everyone else!

Between me and the guys who live in this same apartment I do, it cost us £10 per month each, for that we get unlimited internet access, all Sky Sports Channels and Movies, Music and Entertainment and ESPN.
