For a guy who trained 3-4 hours a day...every day, having to sit out a long period, without physical activity - yeah, that sucks.

Koscheck said the ame exact thing about being out injured, not able to train.

He should take up WoW. Then he wouldn't have to worry about what to do in his spare time of having to make conversation with his fiance. On the other hand, once his shoulder has healed and people start suggesting that he should go back to the gym, things might get ugly if he's hooked on WoW. And by ugly, I mean even worse than when you delete the average spoiled kid's WoW account.

The division will be ruled by Cigano's left fist and Carwin's right fist until Cain comes back, and I won't make a prediction but I don't like the look of Cain's fighting future at the moment. Very unfortunate.
