[UPDATE] via Tatame.com:
Hearing the news, we contacted Thiago Silva by phone, and the fighter was surprised. "Injured? Me? I’m very healthy and looking forward to fighting Rampage. That’s not true."
"Nobody called us about anything, the fight is on" said Conan Silveira, one of the leaders of American Top Team.

I really really really hope thats wrong. The first was a pretty boring, but the main reason I don't want to see that is becaues Silva vs Rampage was set to be an epic fight

Let down. Don't even want to see this fight.
The Thiago-Rampage fight was going to be intense.
I don't want to see this fight again. Thumbs down.

Well, I look at this as a win-win for the fans... it's not a complete loss. I was really hoping to see an in shape beast in Silva come to the party against Rampage, it would be a war!
I can't wait until Rampage comes out and wreaks havoc on Rashad. After all of the stupid things he's said/done in recent memory, Rampage will deliver a swift 1-2 combo then knees to the head via PRIDE destruction KO.

Would rather Rampage vs Griffin 2, Griffin would accept.

Why didn't he do that the 1st time? Less than a year ago?
I will be rooting hard for Rampage. But this fight makes zero sense. Rashad won easily less than a year ago. Don't care to see it.

Johnny, I asked myself the same thing...
I have to wonder about Rampage. Is he fully dedicated to MMA? Does he have motivation to put it all on the line?
A combination of problems in his personal life, lucrative film career (if you'd call it that) must have him torn between what how far he wants to take his MMA career.

Evans vs Jackson 2? Okay, Rampage got a chance to get his revenge, but what does Rashad gain by beating the guy he just beat? Sounds stupid. I wouldn't accept the fight. Another reason is, the first battle wasn't as spectacular as I initially anticipated, the second will not be any better I suppose. Griffin vs Jackson 2 sounds way better.

I just realised Rashad's last fight is PAge... I think this has to be wrong this fight makes no sense. It's not like it was a close decision either.
