I wouldnt put legacy in there, there are only a select few champs who build a legacy by holding a title belt over many years. No LW/LHW/HW will ever have a legacy as being a champion in this generation where there is such a large talent pool. Legacies are built with holding the belt for many years like GSP or Silva.
