Great show, watched in from start to finish.

Strange thing that stood out for me was at the end with the O2 Bas whatzit. Seems sound in theory and could revolutionize training.

Loved the vid. Watched the entire 2 hrs and 10 min. Bas is quite the character and his stories about fights that could have happened and his commentating were sick.

The stories Bas tells are crazy. Well worth a listen if you've got the time. I found his story about learning submission grappling himself particularly interesting. He's got to be one sharp guy to figure all this out too.

nice.

Initially, i ridiculed Joe, thinking he was a joke. A TV personality who could not cut it in the business, trying to make a living in an industry he knows nothing about.

But i have to admit i was wrong. Joe knows his *ish. There are fights where he is explaining the move or some technical *ish, that amazed me because i had no clue. He really does know his *ish.

Been waiting for this podcast for so long, was so excited when Joe mentioned that he'd been talking to Bas about doing the podcast. Oh, and I second Rusko's post too, the Mayhem podcasts were awesome, you also need to listen to any podcast with Joey Diaz as a guest, the man is beyond hilarious. No-one tells a story like my boy Joey Karate.
