Bisping Really Doesn't Get Why He's Hated

1. "Take a look at Akiyama's face in his last fight and he spent five minutes lying on the floor because he was about to get knocked out."

Bisping wasn't close to knocking Akiyama out, in fact, it was the other way around, Akiyama was down on points and was looking for the knockout.

"Dan Miller's face was like hamburger"]

Definantly exaggerated and disrespect to say to anyone after fighting them.

"Wanderlei was nearly TKO'd"

Wanderlei beat him decisively. Finished all rounds strong, dropped him twice and nearly tapped him out.

Thanks for the interview!

He didn't say anything too bad, he just runs out of things to say and reaches into his douchebag to get more sometimes. This was par for the course for a Bisping interview, and mostly very good.

Dan Miller lost a clear decision, but he was hardly beaten into hamburger LOL. In fact, Bisping had a harder time then he expected dealing with Millers striking, he even mentioned it after the fight. (Dan Miller was rocked zero times in this fight, for what it is worth)

Wanderlei was NEVER close to losing that fight. He fought, and finished out every round the way you are supposed to and the judges gave it to him accordingly.

According to him, he likes the reaction from the crowd whether it is negative or positive, he just does not want indifference. I think that is cool, but I also don't think he is being entirely honest.

95% of that was really good, but he has to stop talking about losing a controversial decision to Wandy.

After the Hamill fight he came out with the "down to the judges, i felt i won stuff - if you leave it to the judges thats what happens" and all that kind of stuff. If you say that after winning a controversial decision you gotta say it after you lose one too otherwise you just sound like an ass.

Yea, it was a good interview but he needs to shut up going on about the wanderlei loss and nearly knocking him out?! What? You were the one nearly knocked out Mike when you were saved by the bell in the third.

I, am a bisping fan, but when he goes on about that Wandy loss, it does get on my nerves, just accept the better man won on the night, jesus!

The guy from fighters only with the mic is really a terrible interviewer, it makes the sport look so amature having bootleg interviews with such poor interviewers like this

Interesting comments by Bispings, his comments about why he is fighting Rivera and what he hopes for in the future of the back of this fight pretty much supporting what I was saying about the planning for the match up in another thread.

Why I don't like the dude. You win a crap dec. over Hamill, then complain to no end about a Wandy fight in whitch you were almost finished twice. He will go on about that fight 5 fights from now.

was a d-bag....still a d-bag.

He has no mic skills, he mumbles, he has no presence on the camera, he neither looks at the camera nor at the person he is interviewing.

He has a monotone voice with no range of emotion and he frequently pauses to look down at his notes as if he can't remember what he is supposed to say next.

It's just my opinion of course, but to me he seems like a non professional doing a job that requires a professional and everytime I have watched an interview conducted by him it reminds me of a school media studies class project at best.
