According to Kenny Florian... No way is Fitch coming in less than 180 on fight night IMO, i know he doesn't walk around at 200lbs like he did before but BJ will come in at 165ish so he'll have quite a bit of a weight advantage.

IIRC that was also 3 weeks ago, which means Jon is already in the process of dieting and lowering his weight to be able to cut the rest off. I'm sure he'll carb load tonight and he'll be huge tomorrow.

Any pictures of the weigh in?



I've only seen Jon Fitch clothed the last couple days but he's looked his normal giant self. Vegan diets are often very low in salts and sodium and it could be Fitch is just carrying less water naturally, not exactly less muscle.

Funny thing was how Bispings friend went to Dana and told him something before staredown.
Dana then put his hand in between them right away.

I think that Bisping just did it for hyping the fight for fans. And he did it great!

Yeah but he hyped the Henderson fight the same way and do you remember how that went?
