Ebersole fans??
i gotta admit, when he 1st came out with that chest hair and twitching weirdly, i was like WTF...... then he started striking and looked really awkward and some unorthodox crappy looking stuff.... and in like, ok this guy sucks.....
then he puts on a damn BJJ sub defense clinic and starts raping on the ground and landing nicely on the feet and im like, woah, this guy is funky but pretty good.
Anybody think he is pretty good?? I never saw him fight before or heard much about him for a guy with so many fights.

I will admit: i have no idea who Ebersole is: but i've been looking at his record and it's not that bad actually. He has 14 losses, but he went the distance against Kyle Noke and lost by TKO in the 4th rd against Lombard, in 2008. Going 4 rounds with Lombard is something.
Should be a good fight though.

He might just sub him because when Ebersole sees he cant do shit on the feet, he will try a TD, and i see it getting stuffed to the point that Lytle will either get full mount or side mount, and prob sub him from there

Not that it will happen, but how many times in a year do you have a chance to pick a HUGE upset?!
I never picked one!
Just trying my luck with this one. lol

I am laughing now!
It was all for fun and i don't wann brag or anything, but it happened.
The thread where it happened...
And...don't wanna take away anything from Ebersole, but Lytle didn't look his usual tonight. Too slow, to flat footed, sloppy striking, went for the BIG punches too often.
Still, Ebersole has a BIG credit for taking Lytle out of his comfort zone! Props to him.
PS: if you're curious to know if i put a bet on Ebersole, the answer is no. I couldn't.

I was cheering for him ever since I saw his interview with Helwani. He was talking about the crazy stuff he did in other organizations and it sounded hysterical. Can't wait to see him again.

Yep. I was frankly bemused at the start of the 1st and felt baffled by what appeared to be some obscure sub-genre of interpretive morris dancing. His ground skills were undeniable though and he obviously rose to the occasion.

I agree. Lytle looked different last night. Wonder if the way Ebersole was fighting and acting just threw his game off. Something was definitely off.
