That was one of the most embarrassing, disgusting fights I've ever seen.

Cantwell needs to be cut immediately.
While I've never been impressed with Cantwell, and agree he looked horrible (nice gameplan there, letting Diabate up)... he did have 18 months of ring rust coming into this fight.

30-25, 30-26 just saw this at Wiki. Is this serious? What happened to Cantwell as a fighter? Holy, did he just duck and run the whole fight a la Kalib Starnes or what? Didnt watch the fight.

Nah, quite the opposite.

He was content being Diabate's heavy bag.

Those were legit scores.

A gassed Diabate going at half speed for the last 2 rounds used him as a trainin dummy.

It was truly embarrassing to watch.

...That was easily one of the most terrible preformances I've ever seen. I couldn't believe my eyes while watching that fight. Just absolutely terrible. Cantwell should apologize to the fans, and to Diabate.

It's just that he had a terrible game plan. He took Diabate down in the first round and then let him up which was a bad idea in the first place, and then he gets caught for his troubles. After that, he just stood there taking punches and kicks in the second and third round. Diabate was gassed himself, but that didn't stop him from using Cantwell as a human punching bag. He mostly just lobbed the punches at Cantwell with little effort or power and left his hands down for the most part. He knew he wasn't threatened at all after the first round.

Diabate looked so non-chalant, and lethargic out there that at any moment, it looked like Cantwell could've just pushed forward and knocked him clean out as Diabate stepped back.

Unfortunately all Cantwell mustered was a straight right to the chest.
