Dana (the UFC) is happy he finally heard those two beutiful words coming from 2 teammates fighters - "I WILL"!
But is he gonna do it right away?!

1. one may say: Definitely - do it now, untill one of them changes his mind
2. if they said it, that means they will do it - wheter it's now or in 15-20 months time. I don't think they will go back on their word and Dana knows this

But you never know what Dana's plans are.

I can see him giving Randy a shot if he beats Machida, whether it's against Jones or Shogun.
One last try for Captain America?!

Might be a stupid question, but how do they train and gameplan against each other in the same place, under the same coaches?

I was gonna ask the same thing. What are they gonna do, have different times they can be at the gym? Be pretty awkward for the coaches to say the least.

Not to mention the coaches have to make a tough decision in the end and choose one fighter who they are cornering during the fight.

I can see one of them heading to Tristar with some of the coaches. A gym like Jackson's definitely has more than 2-3 coaches in every discipline, considering how many top level fighters they have training there.
Plus, each fighter does some training outside of that gym anyway: BJJ at Gracie's, Muay Thai with Phill Nurse, boxing with Freddie and so on.

The interesting part would be with game planning. I don't tink Greg Jackson would make a plan for Evans and then make one for Jones - that would be extremelly silly.

But, considering how good they know each other, after training on a daily basis together, they pretty much know what to expect from the other guy.

Only thing is: in this aspect though, Rashad is way behind, because his style is pretty much the same every time. You kinda expect the things he is doing.
But Jones can pull out some crazy moves out of nowhere and is way more creative when it comes to doing stuff you wouldn't expect in the ring.
Rashad can't train for that no matter how much he tries.

I am curious on how the situation evolves ...

Rashads base-camp is Grudge Training Center along with Marquardt,Carwin and Schaub while Jones' is Greg Jacksons.

So neither really has to switch camps........but who's,gonna be in Rashads and Jones' corner is interesting. I'm sure that smiley face will have no problem being in Evans' but not too sure if Greg Jackson would like to compete against a student and fellow trainer.

But anyways jones via freakish molestation.

So now he's starting to annoy friends and teammates? Makings friends and fans with every interview and twitter post aren't we Mr.Jones.

(Irony for any Dylan fans)

Question...will you be able to see Jon's head from space if he does well or beats Shogun?

Think. It Ain't Illegal Yet

Jones is willing to fight a team mate for the title, something most MMA fans want to see more fighters do.

What a pompous ass.

Didn't say anything about him fighting friends, so possibly read first, thank you. I said he was making friends and fans every time he says something(sarcastically obviously) because it seems when ever he opens his mouth he's making people hate him (or love him) more. Just a statement about Jones......

What an illiterate twit

First of all, the pompous ass comment was towards Jones.

This thread is about Rashad Evans and Jone Jones willing to fight each other. You said he's annoying team mates? Which one? Rashad. Why? He's willing to fight him. There's really no other way to interpret your post.
