If Lyoto wins, I think he'd be a good name for Forrest. But I fully expect Couture to beat him and send him out of the top ten eliminating him from any title talk, not that he should be in it to begin with having already lost two in a row.

The Phil Davis/Nogueira winner would also be a good opponent for Forrest, especially if Phil wins, he beats Nogueria and Forrest he could be sold as a top contender.

Always rooting for: Bisping, Shogun, Jon Jones, Daley, Hardy, Sonnen, Fedor, Couture, Jacare.

Rashad doesn't deserve it at this point, not with other fighters actually working their way up and racking wins together. That should be the price he pays for bitching out and not fighting. I say we have another mini-tournament like they did with the HW title a few years back.

Forrest vs. winner of Couture/Machida

Rampage vs. Hammill

The winners of the above square off to determine a new number one contender for the belt. Though I suppose that would see the champion sitting around for a spell, so it's likely not all that feasible.

I'd love to see a rematch regardless of the outcomes of either fighter.

If I were Shogun, I'd love another chance to prove that first fight was a fluke.

Shogun never rehabilitated properly... this time it would end in brutal fashion like Silva/Griffin.

Make no mistake... Shogun is on a war path and I see him being champ for a long time!
